Pete previously led Operational and Change Management functions for both Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group, implementing and governing cost management functionality at Lloyds Banking Group’s Commercial division prior to setting up ieTrust alongside Russell Boulton.
Ensures financial compliance as well as rigorous financial planning to erode any deficit of joining or recently joined schools and enable management within a balanced budget.
Since qualifying as an accountant Edwina has led school and Academy Finance functions for over 30 years as well as working in the 3rd sector.
Sasha has worked in school leadership for 18 years and served 13 years as both a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher across a diverse range of schools. Alongside offering support and challenge for our Headteachers in their school improvement journeys, Sasha also works to oversee Inclusion across our Trust in partnership with the Trust SENCo and school SEN teams.
Roger commenced this role in 2023 and has been a secondary Headteacher for ten years and previously an Executive Headteacher within the Trust. He also ran a Standalone Academy Trust for three years. He is passionate about school improvement with a focus on behaviour, teaching and learning, curriculum and outcomes.
The Executive Team shapes and grows the Trust and supports provision across the Trust by making best use of the funds available to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of education in all of our schools. Therefore, allowing Headteachers and Local Governing Boards to focus on the quality of education and safeguarding of their pupils by supporting strategic planning and holding schools to account.
