Compliments and Concerns

Enrich Learning Trust is committed to ensuring that work to support all schools within the Trust is of the highest quality.

We are always delighted to hear that things are going well and it is great for our staff to know that someone is pleased with their work. We welcome compliments and suggestions and recognise their importance in celebrating and recognising the success and opportunities for improvement. If you would like to pay us a compliment about any of our services, please email [email protected] and we will ensure that this is passed on.

However, we also accept that sometimes, things go wrong. Each Academy within the Trust has a Complaints Procedure to deal with any Academy and student concerns. The Trust is duty bound to uphold the Academy’s governing policy to maintain an orderly and conducive learning atmosphere for all students. Therefore, any complaints relating to an individual Academy will be referred back to the Academy to ensure a fair resolution process takes place through a well-defined complaints process.
